Kami found yoga after feeling that she needed a solid stretch with strengthening movements after a long day of cross-country skiing. One 20-minute video later, Kami lay on her kitchen floor, exhausted and exhilarated. Despite all her grunts, wobbles, and shaky limbs, she felt like a dancer on her mat. Yoga was challenging, but not intimidating; relaxing, yet energizing. The duality of yoga brought Kami to her mat day after day. Three years later, Kami now enjoys teaching dynamic vinyasa sequences and power flows that mirror the fluidity of dance. When Kami is not on her mat, she's hiking with her dogs, skiing in the woods, or dancing at a concert.
