HOT VINYASA FLOW YOGA

 

Each time you show up on your mat you win. On the days when you drag yourself kicking and screaming from the warmth of your bed to show up on you mat, you will leave happier for doing it. We believe that ease of movement comes from intentional and regular use of our bodies. One of the cool things about yoga is that it meets you where you are, making it fun & approachable. Balanced instructors will never ask you to push your body into positions that hurt. Through regular practice you will find that it becomes easier and easier to listen to your body. Back pain will ease, joints will move more freely and life will seem just a bit more pleasurable as your practice develops. 

 

You may not be able to heal all the parts of your body that pain you in the first year of practice but with commitment to your mat your body will heal. With regular practice, your perception will shift. There is no one size fits all answer to movement, there are days when you will feel angry or awkward within your body. Yoga can provide a portal for navigating these days or phases of our lives with more grace and less fear. The challenge is to show up on your mat & trust in this process of self love & examination. To believe in & enjoy your practice so thoroughly that you keep coming back day after day after day.... Whether those days are consecutive or heavily punctuated with weeks or months between them is simply part of your process. Take that first step back towards your mat & rediscover your passion. The only way to find out if it might be a good fit for you is to give it a try!

For our hot classes we keep the temperature between 100 & 104 degrees, humidity from 40-45%. 

Non-heated workshops & classes range from 70-75 degrees.
